U cant xcape stress............but u can learn 2cope with it:
1)think abt someone other than urself. u nid 2 " LET....praises shape ur worries in2 prayers....
let God know ur concerns.
2) Dont get bitter. Life is 10% wat happens 2u and 90% how u respond 2 it!
