In God's army, v r nt supposed 2shoot our wounded.Indeed, if d wounded cant find mercy in d ranks of d redeemed where r they going 2find it ?

TO LOVE PEOPLE.ppl matters 2 God n they shld matter 2us ! u nid 2 spend time getting 2knw d ppl who depend on u n look 2u 4 direction.Consider their nids,nt jst ur own.N look 4ways 2serve them instead of seeing them as distractions frm ur 'real' work. Jesus spent most of His time wth ppl,nt offering pious platitudes,but loving n ministering 2them. N He said,"Love each othr as I...loved u"(Jhn13:34 NCV).It's always easier 2ask ppl 2do sth when u're modeling d same kind of behaviour in ur own life.

2. TO TRY TO THINK LIKE A LEADER.One mega-chrch pstr says dat b4 he makes any imprtant decision,he asks himslf wat d othr leaders he respects wld do in d same situation. Dat's WISE..... Asking smebody 2b a leader can be intimidating n overwhelming,whereas asking them 2think like one takes d pressure off,allows them 2b less-than-perfect n 2grow in2 d job!

SO .......leaders.....pls remember.........love them and try to think like a leader and nt a loser OK!
